Job summary

After-School All-Stars LA is seeking a part-time Program Leader in Los Angeles to support after-school programs for K-12 youth. You will help create a safe and engaging environment, focusing on enrichment activities and responsible supervision.

Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator, you will assist in planning and implementing daily activities, maintain attendance and progress, and collaborate with school staff and families. Evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must work well with K-12 students in after-school settings.
• Ability to collaborate with school district staff, parents and community leaders.
• Must meet fingerprint, TB test, and clearance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in planning and implementing daily after-school activities.
• Maintain a 20:1 student ratio through recruitment and retention.
• Foster positive relationships with youth, guardians, and staff to increase program visibility.
• Prepare supplies and materials; monitor attendance and progress.
