Job summary

Replications, Inc. seeks an After-School Group Leader to create a safe, engaging environment for students after school.

The role involves planning activities that support academic growth and social-emotional development, including homework help, crafts, and clubs, while modeling positive behavior and mentorship. The position reports to the After-School Director and requires collaboration with school-day staff to align expectations and support individual students.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma with three (3) years of relevant professional experience or a degree in a related field with two (2) years of relevant experience.
• DOE Fingerprinted.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily group sessions to build community and support SEL.
• Build relationships with students through check-ins and coaching.
• Apply restorative practices to address conflicts and repair relationships.
• Reinforce positive behavior with incentives and consistent expectations.
• Coordinate enrichment clubs and academic support blocks.
• Meet with the Program Director to discuss student needs and program updates.
