Replications, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an After-School Group Leader for our part-time, hourly program. You will create a safe, structured environment, lead daily activities, assist with homework, and support social-emotional learning.

You will work with the Site Coordinator, build relationships with students, apply restorative practices, and help plan events. Must be 18+, HS diploma with relevant experience, and be fingerprinted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma with three (3) years of relevant professional experience or a degree in a related field with two (2) years of relevant experience
• DOE Fingerprinted

Responsabilités

• Lead daily group sessions that build community and promote social–emotional growth.
• Build relationships with students through regular check-ins and coaching conversations.
• Apply restorative practices to address conflict and repair relationships.
• Reinforce positive behavior through incentives, consistent expectations, and supportive feedback.
• Greet students during arrival and follow up with students who are absent.
• Contribute to lesson and activity planning by offering ideas and preparing materials.
• Assist with program-wide events, including showcases, family nights, and celebrations.
• Meet regularly with the Program Site Coordinator to discuss student needs and program updates.
• Coordinate with school-day teachers and staff to align expectations and support individual students.
• Share observations about student progress, behavior patterns, and areas requiring additional support.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings focused on youth development, SEL, and program quality.]
