Job summary

You will supervise and document attendance, assist tutors, maintain supplies, and participate in program meetings while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and structured after-school experience for children.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Content-specific experience (e.g., sports, arts, literacy) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with children.
• Ability to plan and carry out assignments independently.
• Ability to prioritize, adhere to timelines and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide homework help, facilitate activities and supervise children in programs outside of school hours.
• Supervise and monitor children and take daily attendance.
• Assist tutors and activity specialists to manage and document behavior.
• Maintain supplies.
• Assist with data collection and upkeep of participant documents.
• Attend program meetings and perform related duties.
