Job summary

Replications, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an After-School Group Leader to create a safe, structured environment for students during after-school programming. You will supervise activities, support academic growth, and foster social-emotional development after school hours.

The role reports to the After-School Director and requires 3 years of experience with youth or a related degree. Hours are Monday to Friday, 2:00–6:00 pm, starting August 1, 2026, with a pay rate of $18–$25 per hour and

Qualifications

Experience leading youth in after-school or similar settings.
Ability to plan and facilitate structured programming.
Strengths in arts, music, dance, STEM, crafts, sports, or other enrichment areas.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable, flexible and professional.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily group sessions that build community and promote social–emotional growth.
Build relationships with students through regular check-ins and coaching conversations.
Apply restorative practices to address conflict and repair relationships.
Reinforce positive behavior through incentives, expectations, and feedback.
Greet students on arrival and follow up with absent students.
Facilitate enrichment clubs and academic support blocks; plan activities.
