Qualifications

• Two years of experience in after-school, youth-development, or related settings.
• Experience developing and facilitating age-appropriate activities.
• Ability to manage attendance, data-entry, scheduling, and records.
• Strong communication with students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily student engagement and supervise staff under Site Coordinator guidance.
• Manage attendance, documentation, and program records with accuracy.
• Coordinate safety procedures, daily schedules, and activity plans.
• Provide training and guidance to frontline employees and ensure program compliance.
• Maintain positive relationships with families and school partners.
