EduCare Foundation is seeking an After-School Program Staff Lead to support daily operations of a middle school program. You will supervise frontline staff, manage attendance and compliance, and help deliver engaging academic and enrichment activities for students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; meet district/program requirements for instructional aides.
• 2+ years in after-school, youth-development, education, recreation, or community programs.
• Experience with middle school students; ability to facilitate activities.
• Ability to provide day-to-day guidance and supervision to frontline employees.
• Administrative tasks: attendance, data-entry, scheduling, compliance; maintain accurate records.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administration and operation of the assigned after-school program.
• Dedicate two hours daily to attendance, compliance, and program support.
• Maintain attendance, incident, registration, and other program records.
• Ensure documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with Site Coordinator for program delivery.
• Develop and facilitate age-appropriate academic, enrichment, and physical activities.
• Communicate professionally with families and school personnel; support program quality and safety.
