Job summary

EduCare Foundation in Los Angeles County is seeking motivated Frontline Staff to create engaging, safe after‑school experiences where students can explore interests, build confidence, and form meaningful relationships. You will work with a Site Coordinator to lead tutoring, enrichment, and activity-based coaching across various programs.

Qualifications

• Frontline Staff support tutoring, mentoring, and program facilitation for after-school activities.
• Roles include tutoring, coaching, mentoring, and guiding students in group settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate age-appropriate academic or enrichment activities.
• Prepare and maintain lesson or activity plans.
• Establish clear program goals, instructions, routines, and behavioral expectations.
• Provide meaningful opportunities to learn, participate, create, and develop new skills.
• Modify activities based on ages, abilities, needs, and feedback.
• Incorporate guidance from Site Coordinator and leadership.
• Prepare and organize required program materials and equipment.
• Use resources responsibly and maintain an organized space.
• Build positive relationships and serve as a mentor and role model and maintain professional boundaries.
