You will balance competing priorities, coach staff, and communicate clearly with families while maintaining attendance records and site documentation.

This full‑time role offers hourly pay of $23–$25 with benefits and opportunities to grow within a mission‑driven organization.

Qualifications

• Experience balancing competing priorities while delivering quality service to all stakeholders.
• 12 credits minimum of 100+ level college courses.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Strong communication skills with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Model safety and joy; ensure safety standards are met and attendance protocols are followed.
• Maintain site documents and licensing standards up to date.
• Provide continual coaching; foster respectful relationships among staff.
• Mitigate risks; report safety concerns within the program environment.
• Communicate with families and staff to support transparency and trust.
