Qualifications

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Must demonstrate ability to work with children, with qualifying paths: 3 months childcare experience or credential level I.

Responsibilities

• Follow Colorado Dept. of Early Childhood licensing requirements.
• Supervise and engage with students during program times.
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, staff, and district personnel.
• Maintain safe conditions for all students and staff.
• Promote and market the program for before/after care and full days.
• Participate in professional development trainings as required by licensing and district.
• Assist in implementing quality lesson plans and activities.
• Assist with maintenance and proper storage of equipment and supplies.
• Contribute ideas for enrichment activities and program quality.
• Create and implement activities and field trips for full day programming.
• Attend monthly staff meetings as required by director.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
