Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, coach and mentor staff, and implement the curriculum so every child thrives. You’ll create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning, and partner with families to support their children's growth.

Requirements: 2–3 years ECE and a CDA credential (or NAECY candidacy). CPR/First Aid and lifting 40 pounds are required. This full-time role supports center goals and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills; able to multi-task.
• Active CDA credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that fits each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where kids can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's growth.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
