As a Teacher, you will implement our curriculum, create a supportive space for play, and collaborate with families and center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and organization skills
• Willingness to meet state qualifications for the role
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Ability to communicate in English with children and parents

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that suits each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to support children's development and well-being
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners
