Job summary

Arc Experience is seeking a part-time Program Leader to supervise and engage students after school across Southern California. You will guide social-emotional learning, homework help, enrichment activities, and new adventures daily.

Previous after-school experience helps you connect with a diverse youth group. You will greet students, organize activities, and foster a safe, inclusive environment while coordinating with the Site Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Able to communicate effectively with kids and parents.
• Provide TB test results and pass Live Scan background check.
• Covid-19 vaccination documentation if required by school.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome kids at end of school day.
• Organize and lead activities: homework help, games, arts and crafts, projects.
• Lead indoor and outdoor enrichment activities.
• Create clubs (e.g., career readiness, cooking, anime, dance).
• Maintain a safe environment following safety protocols.
• Support student well-being and adapt activities to diverse needs.
