Job summary

Arc Experience is seeking a Program Leader for after-school programs in Southern California. You will greet students, lead homework help, games, arts and crafts, and run clubs while ensuring a safe, engaging environment for diverse learners.

The role is part-time, non-exempt, with Monday–Friday afternoon shifts. Experience in ethnically diverse communities is valued and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in after-school programs.
• Ability to communicate with kids and parents comfortably.
• 48+ college credits completed or pass an academic proficiency exam.
• TB test and Live Scan background check required.
• English–Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome kids at the end of the school day.
• Organize and lead activities including homework help, games, arts and crafts.
• Create clubs and oversee indoor/outdoor enrichment activities.
• Maintain a secure, respectful environment and monitor group dynamics.
