Job summary

Arc Experience is seeking a part-time Program Leader to join our after-school programs serving Southern California youth, including San Diego. You will guide students through social-emotional learning, homework help, enrichment activities, and new adventures daily.

Must have at least one year in after-school programs or youth recreation, strong communication with kids and parents, and TB/Live Scan requirements. Bilingual English-Spanish candidates stand out.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with kids and parents
• English-Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience in after-school programs or youth recreation preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome kids after school
• Lead homework help, recreation, arts and crafts, and educational projects
• Participate in indoor and outdoor enrichment activities
• Create clubs for students (e.g., career readiness, cooking, anime, dance)
• Maintain a safe environment and monitor student behavior
• Oversee safety and well-being during activities
• Encourage participation and adapt activities to diverse needs and interests
