Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children under 13.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Kindergarten through 8th grade students in a safe, inclusive, and engaging program environment.
• Provide homework assistance and encourage positive study habits while supporting students' academic success.
• Plan and facilitate engaging educational, recreational, and enrichment activities aligned with the program schedule and site plan.
• Model respectful behavior, reinforce program expectations, and use positive behavior management strategies to support student success.
• Safely supervise and support students during transitions and maintain structure and engagement throughout the program.
