Job summary

AlphaBEST Education seeks an After-School Group Leader/Group Leader Assistant to support students after school. Work Monday–Friday from 2:00/2:30 pm to 6:00 pm at various elementary schools within the Poudre School District. This role offers hands-on leadership experience in a fun, safe environment.

You will lead activities across languages, STEAM, fitness, and arts, prioritize child safety, maintain a tidy space, and foster inclusive, supportive relationships with students, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

In This Role, You Will
