Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check and TB clearance.
• Must work after-school hours consistently.
• Commit to the full academic year.

• Able to communicate professionally with staff, students, families, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Call student names clearly over the walkie-talkie.
• Ensure students are escorted to the front desk for pickup.
• Welcome and assist families professionally.
• Monitor sign-in and sign-out procedures.
• Verify authorization and IDs per safety policies.
• Connect students with authorized guardians.
• Maintain dismissal documents and attendance records.
• Encourage surveys while families wait.
• Report concerns to Program Coordinators.
• Support a calm, well-managed dismissal environment.
