Responsibilities

• Calling student names over the walkie-talkie clearly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with instructors to escort students safely to the front desk for pick-up.
• Welcome and assist families with a friendly, professional approach.
• Monitor and manage student sign-in and sign-out procedures.
• Verify adult authorization and IDs per safety policies.
• Safely connect students with their authorized family members or guardians.
• Maintain organized dismissal documentation and attendance records.
• Encourage families to complete program surveys or feedback forms.
• Communicate concerns or safety issues to Program Coordinators promptly.
• Support a calm and well-managed dismissal environment.
