Great Hearts Academies seeks an After-School Front Desk Attendant to oversee the Co-Curricular front desk. You will welcome families, manage sign-in/out, and ensure students are released only to approved individuals. The role supports the Campus Coordinator and participates in daily program operations.

Applicants should be at least 17 years old with a high school diploma or current enrollment; First Aid/CPR is a plus. On-site, part-time position at the Academy.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or current enrollment.
• First aid/CPR certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and interact professionally with parents, students, faculty, and visitors.
• Oversee sign in/out process and ensure accuracy of records.
• Ensure scholars are released only to authorized individuals.
• Sign scholars into the program upon school dismissal.
• Sign scholars in/out as they transition to clubs.
• Model Great Hearts Virtues and follow SOPs.
• Follow AZDHS licensing rules and perform other duties as assigned.
