Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
• Some Early Childhood coursework preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR training required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide childcare before/after school and supervise aides.
• Develop age-appropriate activities for 3–12 year olds.
• Manage payments and required licensing documentation.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and clean facilities.
• Attend meetings and ensure compliance with MiLEAP regulations.
