Job summary

Right At School operates before and after school programs in local districts, delivering daily enrichment meant to inspire a love of learning and provide peace of mind to families. The Educator role emphasizes safe, engaging activities and teamwork to support student success.

This position is based in Washington state, with morning before-school and afternoon after-school hours, requiring a positive, energetic presence and the ability to lift 25lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age (preferred).
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, ideas, and progress.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: prepare curriculum and activities aligned with objectives.
• Lead by example to maintain a safe, nurturing environment and meet program goals.
• Prioritize safety and joy by monitoring the environment and following safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
