Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator in Washington to support before/after school programs in local districts. The role focuses on safe, engaging activities and nurturing guidance for children up to age 13, with a daily schedule of before and after care.

You’ll uphold program goals, collaborate with staff, and foster a love of learning. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to lift 25lbs.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age (preferred).
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, share ideas, and promote collaboration.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities aligned with program objectives.
• Lead structured daily fitness and curriculum activities for all ages.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
