Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator for the Georgia area to support before/after school programs. You will design activities, lead age-appropriate curriculum, ensure safety, and foster a love of learning in a structured, engaging environment.

The role requires interaction with students under 13, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Evening shifts run 2:45 PM–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience with children under 13 preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily program meetings to review goals and progress.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities aligned with objectives.
• Lead by example with a safe, nurturing classroom.
• Prioritize safety and joy; document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
