Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to support before- and after-school programs. The role involves planning and delivering engaging activities that align with our mission to inspire love of learning, support schools, and give families peace of mind.

Ideal candidates will excel in customer service, teamwork, and safety-conscious supervision of children ages various. This position requires 18+ and HS diploma, with First Aid/CPR and TB test clearance; incumbent may need to lift up to 25lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Proof of High School diploma/GED.
• First Aid and CPR in-person.
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Proof of MMR.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily program meetings and share goals and progress.
• Organize and facilitate engaging daily activities aligned with program objectives.
• Model safe, nurturing behavior and maintain classroom management.
• Prioritize safety and joy by monitoring environments and documenting observations.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
