Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25lbs.

• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and updates in program meetings.
• Prepare activities and curriculum aligned to objectives; lead structured daily activities.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Monitor safety and document attendance, incidents, and observations.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
