Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring, dependable Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We’re especially in need of help during after-school hours (3:30–5:30 PM), with opportunities to expand.

Roles include home, school, clinic, and community settings, guided by BCBA plans. You’ll provide ABA therapy and collect data to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while receiving paid training and RBT certification

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to follow clinical guidance in ABA sessions.
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
