Momcozy is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead a small on-site team at the Ontario overseas warehouse. The role requires coordinating returns processing, repairs, and refurbishment, while ensuring SOP compliance and inventory integrity.

• 2+ years of team management experience in warehouse, returns processing, repair or refurbishment.
• Able to work on-site at the Ontario overseas warehouse and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Fluent in Chinese and able to communicate across cultures; English for daily communication is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute returns, inspection, repair, refurbishment, repackaging, and put-away following SOPs.
• Manage task assignment, training, performance, and on-site safety for a small team (1–2).
• Follow up on spare parts, tools, and packaging supplies; control inventory loss and refurbishment costs.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, and Sales to handle return exceptions and inventory discrepancies.
• Track repair rate, refurbishment yield, turnaround time, inventory turnover, and costs; propose improvements.

Descripción del empleo

1. Execute returns, inspection, repair, refurbishment, repackaging, and put‑away processes, ensuring operations follow SOPs.
2. Manage task assignment, training, performance, and on‑site safety for a small team of 1–2 people.
3. Follow up on spare parts, tools, and packaging supplies; control inventory loss and refurbishment costs.
4. Collaborate with Customer Service, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, and Sales teams to handle return exceptions, repair exceptions, customer feedback, and inventory discrepancies.
5. Track repair rate, refurbishment yield, turnaround time, inventory turnover, and costs; propose improvement suggestions.
6. Support company requirements to ensure on‑site operations comply with local labor, safety, environmental, and warehouse regulations.

Requirements

1. Able to work on‑site at the Ontario overseas warehouse and legally authorized to work in the United States.
2. Fluent in Chinese and able to communicate across cultures; English for daily communication and email handling is preferred.
3. 2+ years of team management experience in warehouse, after‑sales, returns processing, repair, or refurbishment.
4. Familiar with or able to quickly learn consumer electronics inspection, fault diagnosis, cleaning, parts replacement, functional testing, and repackaging processes.
5. Able to train staff, execute SOPs, and use common office management software or warehouse management systems.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, good execution, and able to handle multiple tasks and on‑site emergencies.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Experience in the consumer electronics industry.
• Experience in cross‑border e‑commerce, reverse logistics, RMA, or resale.
• Experience developing SOPs, data analysis, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with China‑U.S. cross‑border team collaboration.
