Job summary

CREATIVE INNOVATION INC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its New Jersey outbound operations. You will coordinate daily shipping, lead a team, and ensure accurate picking, packing and loading to meet schedules.

Responsibilities include task assignment, quality monitoring, training new staff, and reporting issues promptly. On-site role with strong focus on safety, organization, and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• At least two years in warehouse operations or related field.
• Knowledge of picking, verification, packing, labeling and shipping.
• Experience leading frontline employees or a warehouse team preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or cross-border logistics preferred.
• Experience with warehouse systems like WMS and barcode scanners.

• Maintain a safe, clean outbound workspace and perform other duties.

• Identify and promptly report order issues, inventory discrepancies, equipment problems, and safety concerns.


• Assist with attendance monitoring, workflow management, employee coordination, and shift handoffs.


• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized outbound work area.


• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications：

• At least two years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or a related field.


• Good knowledge of picking, order verification, packing, labeling, loading, and shipping procedures.


• Previous experience leading frontline employees or a warehouse team is preferred.


• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, cross-border logistics, or overseas warehouse operations is preferred.


• Experience using WMS, PDA/RF scanners, barcode scanners, or similar warehouse systems is preferred.


• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to meet shipping deadlines.


• Good communication, coordination, team-management, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform warehouse-related physical tasks as needed.
