Job summary

Momcozy in the Los Angeles area seeks an After-Sales Warehouse Refurbishment Supervisor to oversee the return process, inspection, refurbishment, repacking and stocking of returned products. The role leads a team, develops procedures, and ensures quality and safety standards are met.

You will coordinate with Service, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing and Sales to resolve returns issues, monitor metrics, and drive cost-efficient improvements. Strong Chinese language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an after-sales warehouse, returns processing, product repair, or refurbishment team.
• Knowledge of cross-border e-commerce and reverse logistics workflows.
• Familiarity with electronics inspection, repair, and repacking processes.
• Frontline leadership: set standards, train staff and improve efficiency.
• Data analysis and inventory management using common software or WMS.
• On-site work in the Los Angeles area and US work authorization.
• Fluent in Chinese and able to work with cross-cultural teams.
• Dependable, execution-focused, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• English proficiency for routine workplace communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, inspection, sorting, repair, refurbishment, repacking, and restocking of returned products per procedures.
• Develop and improve returns, inspection, repair, and refurbishment procedures, including quality requirements and labor standards.
• Grade products by condition and maintain traceable records for resale, repair, or scrap.
• Manage team scheduling, training, performance, and workplace safety; oversee inventory loss and refurbishment costs.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing and Sales to address return reasons and inventory discrepancies.
• Track return and repair rates, refurbishment yield, turnaround time, inventory turnover, and costs; propose improvements and ensure compliance.
