ELECTROLUX MIDEA APPLIANCE MANUFACT in Anderson, SC, is seeking a logistics professional to manage inbound/outbound material flows, warehouse layout, and 5S. You will oversee international logistics, customs, and local delivery while coordinating with production and procurement for timely material supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; supply chain/Logistics preferred.
• 3+ years warehouse management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong resilience under pressure; ability to resolve problems independently.
• Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems; familiarity with import/export procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound management for raw materials and finished goods, warehouse layout, stocktaking, and 5S on-site.
• Supervise international logistics, customs clearance, and local delivery to control transit times and costs.
• Coordinate with production and procurement to ensure timely material supply.
• Develop daily management rules and continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency.
• Analyze logistics layout and drive production process improvements via layout optimization.
• Lead planning and execution of logistics projects to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

1. (1) In charge of raw material & finished goods inbound/outbound management, warehouse layout planning, stocktaking and on-site 5S management to guarantee consistency between physical inventory and book records.


2. (2) Oversee international logistics, customs clearance and local delivery, controlling transit lead time and transportation costs.


3. (3) Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely material supply.


4. (4) Formulate daily management rules, continuously optimize operational processes and improve overall operational efficiency.


5. (5) Analyze existing logistics layout and create conditions for production process improvement via layout optimization.


6. (6) Lead planning and implementation of logistics projects to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

1. (1) Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in Supply Chain or Logistics Management are preferred.


2. (2) Over 3 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing industry.


3. (3) Strong resilience under work pressure and capability to independently resolve problems.


4. (4) Proficient in WMS & ERP systems, familiar with import & export procedures and relevant compliance requirements.


5. (5) Excellent skills in data analysis, process optimization and site layout planning.

Preferred Qualifications – (Optional)

1. (1) Fluent in Chinese.


2. (2) Proven experience in cross-cultural team management.


3. (3) Hands-on experience in lean logistics, inventory turnover improvement and slow-moving & obsolete stock liquidation projects.
