Manitou Group is seeking an After Sales Service Manager to lead the North America Technical Service Call Center. You will supervise Technical Service Advisors, drive root-cause analysis, and improve first-time fix rates while maintaining a strong customer focus.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field and 5+ years in material handling service with 3+ years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in material handling machinery service or aftermarket support, with at least 3+ years directly managing a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Technical Service Call Center and oversee a team of Technical Service Advisors.
• Coach advisors on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to reduce unnecessary parts replacements.
• Coordinate escalations and partner with Parts Managers and Area Service Managers for rapid resolutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Development to report recurring issues and feedback.
• Travel up to 20% of the time to support dealer and customer sites.
