Atlantic Forklift Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead our Columbia, South Carolina service operations. You will oversee technical service personnel, collaborate with Operations and leadership teams, and drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction across branches.

The role requires a 2- to 4-year business degree (or equivalent experience), 5+ years in material handling, and prior management experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years’ technical experience in material handling or related industrial equipment
• Prior management experience required
• Proficiency with computer systems and software in a professional setting
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Aufgaben

• Oversee environmental, health and safety compliance in the service department
• Lead recruitment, training, development and performance management of technicians
• Coach and manage staff through development plans
• Resolve disputes quickly to ensure customer satisfaction while controlling costs
• Provide quality control of service jobs to meet profitability goals
• Support quotes and proposals with technical input to reduce callbacks
• Travel locally to branches as required
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
