Job summary

Four Seasons Hospice is seeking a Support RN to join our clinical team. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, conducting admissions and patient visits, and coordinating with physicians and other providers to develop patient-centered plans.

Candidates should be prepared to work 40 hours weekly with shift options and travel within Macon County and nearby areas. A NC RN license is required, with benefits and a supportive team environment highlighted.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Valid NC RN license.
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2–4 admissions daily and patient visits as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care within scope of license.
• Record and report nursing assessments and patient responses.
• Collaborate with health care providers for patient-centered plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
• Supervise and support other staff performing nursing duties.
• Ensure safe, effective nursing care and regulatory compliance.
