Four Seasons is seeking a Weekend Support RN to provide nursing coverage for patients and families across Buncombe County and surrounding areas. The role requires after-hours response, admission assistance, and coordination with the Clinical Team Leader.

Ideal candidates have an NC RN license, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple healthcare teams while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid NC RN license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing coverage to patients and families via phone and in-person visits.
• Serve as first responder for after-hours symptom-based calls.
• Coordinate with case manager for follow-ups and care plans.
• Assist with admissions and triage in hospice services.
• Educate patients and families about health and treatment options.
• Document nursing assessments and care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement patient-centered plans.
