Job summary

Four Seasons is seeking an experienced RN for after-hours and night coverage across the Henderson County area. The role focuses on hospice admissions and occasional patient visits, delivering direct nursing care while adhering to regulatory standards.

The position requires a valid NC RN license, a driver’s license, and a preference for two years of clinical experience. You will work under the Clinical Team Leader and coordinate with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Valid NC RN license.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform admissions and occasional patient visits, providing direct nursing care.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify needs and plan care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and regimens.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop patient-centered plans.
• Document nursing care and patient responses; report changes promptly.
• Supervise and mentor other staff involved in nursing activities.
