Four Seasons is seeking an Admissions RN to support hospice patients in Macon County and surrounding areas. The role includes managing admissions and occasional patient visits, with a focus on comprehensive assessments and education to sustain partnerships with referral sources.

Expect a non-exempt, hourly position with Friday-Sunday shifts, 36 hours per week. Team leadership, compliance, and compassionate care are essential to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Valid NC RN license.
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform 2-4 admissions daily or as shift allows, and conduct patient visits if needed.
• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and patient education.
• Collaborate with referrals to support hospice services.
• Record nursing actions, patient responses, and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
