The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, a nursing degree, and CPR certification, with supervisory experience and familiarity with long-term care.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed to practice in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Long-Term care and MDS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to on-duty nursing staff during non-business hours.
• Act as highest on-site authority after-hours and weekends; make timely patient-care decisions.
• Resolve clinical challenges and maintain care standards during shifts.
• Perform direct nursing care as needed and supervise staff task delegation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe care areas; complete required documentation.
