You will perform administrative duties, rounds, and coordination with other departments, while supporting staff development and maintaining infection control standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Nurse Supervisor RN must oversee after-hours nursing staff and ensure proper staffing.
• Ensure staffing, workflow, and high-quality patient care during non-business hours.
• Perform administrative duties and assist with staff development and training.
• Maintain care standards with frequent rounds and accurate shift handoffs.
• Adhere to infection control standards and ensure compliance across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to on-duty nursing staff during non-business hours and weekends.
• Make timely decisions related to patient care, staffing, safety, and operations.
• Support staff with complex cases and family communications as needed.
• Keep nursing areas clean, organized, and compliant with standards.
• Report on admissions, room assignments, and handoffs at shift changes.
