Villa At the Park is seeking a Nurse Supervisor RN to join our team. The role provides leadership to nursing staff during non-business hours, ensuring staffing, workflow, and high-quality patient care.

You will act as the highest on-site authority after-hours, making timely clinical decisions and supporting staff across departments. The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, a nursing degree or diploma, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited program.
• Current RN license to practice in the state.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to on-duty nursing staff during non-business hours.
• Act as highest on-site authority after-hours, making timely decisions.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure safety and patient care quality.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain documentation.
• Conduct rounds and monitor resident/patient conditions.
• Ensure clean and organized nurse stations and treatment areas.
• Assist with admissions and staffing changes as needed.
• Support staff development and onboarding.
