Villa Healthcare's Westland A Villa Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor RN to lead after-hours nursing staff, ensure staffing levels, and uphold care standards for residents in a skilled nursing environment.

You will make critical decisions, coordinate with departments, and support staff development while maintaining safety and quality of care. Strong RN license and 1 year supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in the state.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care and MDS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to nursing staff during non-business hours and ensure proper staffing.
• Act as highest on-site authority after-hours and coordinate with other departments.
• Offer clinical support to resolve care challenges and ensure quality care.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident conditions and staff performance.
• Document required data and reports in accordance with regulations.
• Coordinate staff development, training, and orientation for new personnel.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant care areas and equipment.
