Qualifikationen

• Provide oversight and leadership to all on-duty nursing staff during non-business hours.
• Act as the highest-ranking on-site authority during after-hours and weekends.
• Offer clinical expertise and support in resolving patient care challenges.
• Makes frequent rounds to ensure nursing standards are followed.
• Documents all pertinent data as required by Medicare and Medicaid policies.
• Maintains coordination with departments to ensure continuity of services.
