Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Nursing Degree or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to nursing staff during non-business hours.
• Act as the highest-ranking authority during after-hours.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and assist with prioritizing patient care.
