Job summary

Villa Healthcare's Spring Meadows A Villa Center in Ohio seeks a Nurse Supervisor LPN to lead nursing staff during overnight and weekend shifts, ensuring proper staffing, workflow, and high-quality patient care.

You will act as the on-site authority after hours, manage clinical challenges, coordinate with other departments, and support staff development while maintaining care standards. Current Ohio LPN license and CPR, plus supervisory experience, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-Term care and MDS experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, delegate and support staff development.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to all on-duty nursing staff during non-business hours.
• Act as highest-ranking on-site authority after-hours; make timely care decisions.
• Perform direct nursing care as needed and support staff.
• Lead rounds to monitor resident conditions and care quality.
• Complete administrative duties and charting; coordinate with departments.
• Assist with staff development and training; ensure safety and infection control.
