Villa Healthcare's Spring Meadows A Villa Center in Ohio is seeking a Nurse Supervisor RN to lead nursing staff during evenings and weekends, ensuring staffing, workflow, and high-quality resident care.

The role serves as the highest on-site authority after hours, coordinating with departments and supporting staff development while maintaining care standards. You will perform direct nursing care as needed and oversee administrative duties and rounds.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited College or University.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Long-Term care and MDS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to all on-duty nursing staff during non-business hours.
• Act as the highest-ranking on-site authority during after-hours and weekends.
• Offer clinical expertise and support in resolving patient care challenges.
• Develops and maintains care standards.
• Makes frequent rounds to assess resident conditions and staff performance.
• Provides nursing reports during shift change and ensures clean, safe care areas.
• Performs administrative duties and direct nursing care as needed.
• Ensures restorative notes accurately reflect care and patient response.
