Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with facility, federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas (nurse station, medication cart, medication room, etc.).
• Directs and supervises day-to-day CNA services to assure care complies with standards.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Completes admission, transfer, and discharge forms.
