Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• Hold a valid CPR certification.
• At least one year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Triage patient needs over the phone until a nurse can visit.
• Respond appropriately and urgently to after-hours crisis calls.
• Conduct nursing evaluations for hospice service eligibility.
