Job summary

Gentiva is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospice in Oak Brook, Illinois, to provide after-hours care and on-call services. The role involves responding to urgent needs, coordinating with families and the hospice team, and ensuring continuity of care in home or facility settings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, and other staff.
