Visiting Angels in Jenkintown, PA is seeking an organized On Call Client Scheduling Manager to handle after-hours and weekend calls. The role focuses on resolving after-hours issues for clients and caregivers, maintaining exceptional customer service, and supporting staff across shifts.

Requirements include an Associate degree in a healthcare-related field and 2+ years of supervisory/homecare experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software, and the ability to multitask

Formación

• Associate degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience in homecare is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, scheduling systems, and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism at all times.
• Detail-oriented team player with ability to multitask.
