Visiting Angels Greater Philadelphia is seeking a Client Services Scheduling Manager in Jenkintown, PA. The role leads a team of Scheduling Managers and Coordinators to create and monitor care schedules for senior clients, ensuring high-quality homecare services and strong client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with the Wellness Team and Senior Management, document visits, and address issues with staff, clients, and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a healthcare-related field required or preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience in senior homecare preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and related software.
• Excellent communication and professionalism at all times.
• Detail-oriented team player capable of multitasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Manager and Director in managing Scheduling Managers and Coordinators.
• Serve as point person for client-related issues for cases under you and your team.
• Participate in initial and ongoing client and caregiver meetings.
• Staff cases based on client needs, caregiver skills, experience, and availability.
• Schedule, participate in, and document home visits; collect client feedback on caregiver performance.
• Collaborate to review Plans of Care and update as warranted.
• Evaluate client and employee satisfaction; resolve complaints and incidents.
• Recognize good performance and promote caregiver recognition.
• Escalate disciplinary actions as needed; maintain positive client relationships.
• Perform on-call evening and weekend duties; other management tasks as needed.
